Hi! I am Brian Patrick Butler – Writer/director/actor
Charybdis Pictures was formed in 2017 by filmmaker Brian Patrick Butler. As of 2020, with the association of Gray Area Multimedia, the production company has produced two feature length films. ‘Friend of the World’ is set to release in 2021 and ‘Fruitful Mold’ is currently in post-production with a release date TBD.
That challenge can lead to devastation for some, but it’s important to remember that that’s where most success stories begin – especially the most compelling ones. Though we produce primarily all materials for the creation, promotion and potential distribution of films – from the script to the footage, edit, music, sound mix, and promotional trailers/posters for the product – we are constantly looking for outside talents to collaborate with on fresh new ideas.
